  7. Why Should I Register VersaTile‚Ñ¢?

Shareware is a concept designed to offer low cost alternatives to commercial software.  By supporting shareware authors you will be ensured that quality software will continued to be produced at a reasonable price.  Who benefits from this?  We both do.  You receive a quality product at a price that you can live with, and I get to finish school.   You see, all the proceeds I receive from the registration of VersaTile are applied toward college costs (anyone who has been to college knows how expensive this can be).  In return for your registration fee, you will receive my undying thanks and a User ID and Password that will make you the envy of your friends and coworkers.

  12. What Does it Cost to Register VersaTile‚Ñ¢ Pro?

  14. ‚Ä¢ The registration cost for new users to register VersaTile Pro is $20.00. 
  15. ‚Ä¢ Registered VersaTile Classic users can upgrade to VersaTile Pro for $10.00.  
  16. ‚Ä¢ Site Licenses and Group Discounts are also available and will be negotiated on a case by case basis.

  19. How do I Register VersaTile‚Ñ¢?

Registering VersaTile is easy, and fun!  If you have a printer attached to your Macintosh, select "Registration Form"  from the popup subject menu at the bottom of this window, and then select "Print" from the "File" menu.  Complete the form, and mail it along with the registration payment to the address below.  If you don't have a printer, simply send me you name, address, e-mail address, and the name of the product you are registering (i.e VersaTile Classic, or VersaTile Pro ), along with the registration payment.

  23.  E-Mail Users:  If you have e-mail capability and would like to receive your registration letter via e-mail, please provide your e-mail address with your payment.  Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct.   I will attempt to confirm all e-mailed registrations, but I am not responsible for lost of misdirected e-mailed passwords sent to incorrect e-mail addresses.

  26. Entering Your Registration Information:

  28. Once you receive your User ID and Password information you will need to enter them into VersaTile.  To perform this task, follow these steps:

  30. 1. Launch VersaTile if it is not already running
  31. 2. Select "Preferences" from the File menu.
  32. 3. Select the "Registration" Tab in the Preferences window.
  33. 4. Enter your User ID and Password in the space provided.
  34. 5. Press the "Register" button.
  35.  
  36. If you have successfully registered your copy, you will hear a chime and the registration legend will change to display "This copy is Registered".  If you made a mistake in registering, VersaTile will beep and the legend will not change.  If this occurs, recheck and reenter  your registration information.
